We are looking for experienced only:
-Outside Salesman - must have knowledge of the seafood industry, processing of the shrimp and general knowledge of the shrimping boats. Need to be able to understand all aspects of shrimping from unloading the boat to the finished product.
-Drivers with a CDL, experience in driving reefer trucks, maintenance of the reefer trucks, route planning and communication skills. Must be able to lift up to 100#, use an electric pallet jack and drive a forklift (you will need a forklift cert.).
-Shrimp Processors - must have knowledge of heading, grading and IQF processes, including all machines. Must be able to lift up to 100#, use an electric pallet jack and drive a forklift (you will need a forklift cert.)
-Freezer Handlers - must have the knowledge working in a cold storage freezer, be able to use an electric pallet jack and drive a forklift (you will need a forklift cert.) You will need experience with Lot# (traceability), inventory (FIFO) and loading/unloading refer trucks properly.
We are a small company and need experienced people. We don't offer insurance but we offer a place to be able to learn and grow with an actual skill. We are looking for people with a work ethic, reading and writing, communication skills are a must here, can work in teams or alone and reliability is required. We are looking for people who are eager and willing to come to work whether unloading a boating, heading, picking, grading, IQF or just regular maintenance at the facility. We need people who are willing to do the job and do the job correctly. Please know it may sound like it but we are not perfect and we are not looking for perfect people (they don't exist) but we are looking for people who actually care enough to do their jobs.
